    北京榕福玻璃钢有限公司成立于1992年，位于中国首都-北京。占地面积10000平方米，建筑面积8000平方米，生产车间6000平方米。

    榕福 专业生产的玻璃钢拉挤型材、绝缘材料：环氧棒、板材、异型材、穿孔器、建筑用材等， 广泛用于：复合绝缘子、避雷器、变压器、电抗器、阻波器、电站、交通、防腐、城建、高速公路、温室大棚、航天工业、军队装备建设等各类工程之中。

    榕福 靠自己的实力，于1998年开始研发出一种特殊工艺生产的玻璃钢拉绕型电缆保护管，克服了拉挤工艺只有纵向纤维而无横向纤维，横向强度差；缠绕工艺只有横向纤维，而无纵向纤维，纵向强度差的弱点。拉绕工艺综合了拉和绕的优点，在产品中玻璃纤维在纵、横两个方向结合固化成型，避免了拉、绕这两种单一工艺的弱点。拉绕工艺的结合，在国内开创了我国玻璃钢产品的一项新工艺，用拉绕工艺生产的电缆保护管，填补了玻璃钢电缆保护管产品的一项空白，这种新工艺生产的直径在160-200mm的玻璃钢拉绕型电缆保护管，已于2002年开始使用在地下电缆工程中。

    榕福 新工艺产品拉绕型电缆保护管，在北京已在国电龙源、华宇亚、城之光、宏远电力、新兴建设、圣吉安、创安利、市政等建设工程中使用；

    榕福 生产的玻璃钢拉挤型绝缘材料，已广泛、批量使用在北京电力、西安中扬、保定电力、国网合成、鲁能银光、泰光等国内大型电力设备生产企业的产品之中；

INTRODUCTION

  Founding in 1992, Beijing RF FRP Manufacture Corp., Ltd. (RF ) is located in Beijing –the Capital of China. The land area of RF is 10000 square meters, building area 8000 square meters and workshop area 4000 square meters.
  RF owns fixed assets of RMB10 millions and circulating funds of RMB6 millions.
  RF possesses excellent pultrusion machine including 32 production lines. The daily output of the machine is 10 tons, the annual output is 3000 tons, and the annual value output is RMB90 millions. Therefore RF is able to meet the customers’requirements of all kinds of products and special processes.
  Perfect test methods - RF equips itself for quality control with advanced machines, such as pulling machine (30 tons), test machine of acid-resistance rod and stress resistance, boiling test machine, infrared ray spectral analysis instrument and epoxy rod light penetrating test machine.
   RF products have past the examinations of many large institutes and enterprises, for instance, High-Voltage Office of State Power Science Research Institute, Electric Device Quality Test Center of Electric Power Industrial Ministry, High-Voltage Office of Shandong Electric Power Research Institute, and High-Voltage Laboratory of Electric Mechanical Department in Tsinghua University.
  RF products have past technological test for epoxy core rod, which was carried out by High-Voltage Electric Device Experts of State Electric Power Company.
The enterprise standard of RF products was tested and accepted by State Technology Supervision Bureau, and obtained Product Standard Registration Certificate from Beijing Quality Technology Supervision Bureau.
  Total Quality Management of RF has been approved by ISO 9001: 2000.
There are 6 senior engineering technicians, 16 administrative persons, and other 66 staff members including operators, inspectors, mechanics and clerks.
  RF professionally produces the FRP pultrusion products – epoxy core rod, cable pipe, drainpipe, perforator, panel, and special-shaped products.
  Extensively applied for pultrusion products and insulator materials in all kinds of projects – compound insulator, lightning arrester, transformer, reactance, wave resistance, cable, light cable, drainage engineering, electric power station, transportation, corrosion resistance, urban construction, expressway, greenhouse, etc.
